Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup
Ingredients

Chinese five-spice powder

tablespoons |
hot paprika
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
ground ginger
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
freshly ground black pepper
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
ground allspice
|
|
|
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and store in a sealed glass jar in a cool, dark place. Use within three months.
